Autumn is upon us and the school year is moving full steam ahead!  Last month, we featured our Get Ready to Read! Screening Tool, intended to be administered at the beginning, middle, and end of a child's preschool year.

Now that we've moved into October, it's important to know how to use the information that was obtained in a child's first screening.  "Should I Be Concerned?" suggests some things to watch out for as you observe a preschooler, and offers suggestions about what you can do if your observations cause you to be concerned about a child's literacy development.
